Many people have enquired to find out if the Budget Real Estate Property Sales service we offer is available in Sydney or in New South Wales. Our system works so well in Queensland, can it be done in other parts of Australia?
Well, the real estate laws vary from state to state. I understand that in New South Wales, before a property can be listed by an agent the agent has to actually see it. For this reason, I don't think its legally possible to offer what we call the Budget Service in New South Wales. However, our next level up of service, where we actually visit your property, take photos or arrange them to be taken, and prepare marketing material can be done by a fully licensed Real Estate agent in N.S.W.
In New South Wales, and especially Sydney, house prices are generally higher, and the maximum allowable commissions that real estate agents can charge for residential sales are also higher. So, what we have done is found a trusted New South Wales real estate agent who can visit your property, prepare the material and put it up on the net for you. You will still show your own home, but the agent will be available for you to help you through the process of negotiating the sale and dealing with the solicitors.

Where Do Buyers Come From Anyway?
