We offer an alternative to this model. You can engage us on a "fee for service" basis. I cannot do this for everyone, but right now, I am willing to go to work for you for just $220 + $55/hour to help you find the property you are after and give consulting advice. I will even negotiate for you under this fee-for-service model. There is no commission payable by you for a deal. However, be aware that should you choose to engage us in this way, the fees are payable whether you accept the properties we find or not. It is just an arrangement to pay for my time and services. We will point out the best properties we can find that match your criteria.
Please note that I can only take on a very limited number of clients under this arrangement.
Before I became I real estate agent, I spent some years as a property investor. I am still investing today. Property investing can be a very profitable way to spend your time.
