Are you thinking of selling your home? We offer this Low Commission Fee-for-Service to clients all around Brisbane, Ipswich, the Gold Coast and the Southern part of the Sunshine Coast. We are pioneers in the current movement in the real estate industry to give clients a better deal, and have a proven system which works for people.

HERE ARE THE MAIN FEATURES OF OUR FEE-FOR-SERVICE OFFER

• You start off on the Budget Online Package ($147 setup fee including first month)
• Each visit to your property will be charged at $220. So on the first visit, typically we will view the property and talk strategy with you.
• There is also a $220 fee for preparing photos, text and marketing material (once off). You don't pay for this if you don't use it!
• If you need to, each additional month of service after the first is charged at $67 per month.
• When enquirers want to inspect your property and you cannot or do not wish to show your property yourself, we step in and do the inspection.
• We provide Internet Marketing on realestate.com.au, domain.com.au and more!
• Featured property on realestate.com.au for 30 days costs $230 if and when you want to use it.
• We provide Standard sign or upgrade to photo sign
• We arrange inspections, you show the property
• We negotiate the best price for you
• We draw up contract paperwork with customers
• We help liase with inspectors, valuers and conveyancers, faciliating the contract until settlement
• Can Be an Open or Exclusive Listing - your choice!
• Pay just $550 on successful settlement!

$550 (inc GST) - Payable only on Settlement.

$147 (inc GST) Listing Fee - payable upfront. $67 / month after that (if you need it).

$220 (inc GST) per visit (inspection, strategy meeting). These are totally at your discretion. You could elect to leave all this out.

$220 (inc GST) to prepare marketing text and photos (if we have done an inspection first).

$275 (inc GST) to upgrade your property to featured property on realestate.com.au for 30 days - gets up to 4x the visits.
