Sorry it's taken so long, (xmas etc) but Lorry and i just wanted to thank you for the effort you put into selling our house. After it being on the market for almost 6 months, with TWO big name real estates and 4 contracts that had fallen over!! We were about to give up when i noticed your website, the commission was SO cheap ($10,000 cheaper than the others!!)
I was a bit sceptical but after 1 day of signing with you, we had a contract for more than the previous contracts, which you made sure had pre approved finance and the sale went off without a hitch!! Now we have bought our dream house, which wouldn't have been possible without your help.

Just a short note to pass on my wife & I’s thanks in regards to the sale of our property at Clayfield. All in all , the whole process was extremely easy, and the enquiry directed from realestate.com.au in particular, was fantastic. I was extremely pleased with the fast pace the enquiries were forwarded on , and as the property was sold in just under 3 weeks, we couldn’t have asked for more. It was much better handling everything ourselves as we had much more control over the whole process, and definitely made the sale a lot more personal, which was great.
