We can do this for a flat fee of $220 (inc GST). This will list your property for 1 month. You should not need longer if you price it correctly - but if you do, its $47 / month for each month thereafter. Remember that each week your property sits untenanted it is costing you money.
If you want to manage your own property we provide a great solution for you. Why pay huge management fees or even lease fees if there is no need? Property management IS work, but its a lot easier if you have the right tenant from the start.
We can provide enquirers for you. We recommend it is best to only accept applicants who have recently rented from a licensed agent if possible, or go to tica.com.au and purchase credits to do a background check on all your potential tenants.
If you still want a full service property manager for your property, talk to us, we'll find you someone good who is licensed and it won't cost you any extra.
